The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim announced

Stuck on quest "In My Time of Need", I can't find the cell in dragonsreach?

I even found a whole guide for this quest doing a google search:

and this is what it says for that part:

Head to Dragonsreach (You can fast travel there if you've already been there). Enter, then go to the Northwest and climb down some stairs to enter the Dragonsreach dungeon..

Find the cell where the prisoner is located and talk to him through the bars.

I went northwest, I found some steps that went down to a door, when I went inside there was a dungeon but I didnt find any cell, I killed two skeletens and talk to some guy who was asleep on a bed and I woke him up and he gave me a quest.

Just had a look seeing as i was in there anyway, did you try both doors? There's a door to the right of the one to the jarl's quarter and behind some stuff in there there's a door needing a key to pass.

Go outside the main door to Dragonsreach, go around the outside of the building, the door to the dungeon cells is on the side of the building.
 
Also I wanted to ask, did anyone else here order the soundtrack from DirectSong? Any idea how long they take to deliver? Anyone got theirs yet?
 
Yesterday, had no problems with any technical issues.

This evening, get in from work, play game. Every 20 minutes or so it crashes to desktop, without any error messages or anything, the program literally just stops dead, as if I alt-F4'd

Any advice?

ive not had a crash since... seems the devs forgot to make the exe with the flag to use more than 2gb of ram .....
 
Just done a bit more of the main quest and stumbled upon a few good side-quests as well.

I did encounter one thing that was worrying though

I encountered a mad woman who noticed that i had the Wabbajack, so she started saying how i must have met Sheogoreth and she wanted me to use the wabbajack on her, so i did, then a message came up saying "40 bounty added" even though it was up in the mountains with no one about:(
 
Has anyone encoutered NPC's randomly being dead?

Like, in the first Village you walk in to, one of the guys walking around, F something? He's got a house, he's just like dead / asleep in the middle of the road?

*no I didn't kill him*
 
I killed a Giant at level 9 with one companion. Is that much of a feat? Had to use a scroll that stuns for target for about 10 seconds plus a shed load of 'boosting' potions.

Oh and does anyone use the 'shout' ability you get from killing the first dragon?
 
The first shout is kinda crappy, you get much better ones later on and a really useful one if you do the greybeards quest when it pops up.

Do you have AA enabled if so turn it off and enable FXAA in advance options.
