Is this site awful to use? Wont let me use paypal and just crashed when i try my debit card? Am i making a mistake using them? No idea if they have taken money off me in these crashes.

Have you checked your internet banking if you have it to see if money has gone out?

I bought BF3 from them, paid by card and got confirmation email with code. Redeemed ok in Origin also.

Reading their forums, they do seem to have a few people who complain of not being able to use paypal and other forms of payment.

I have bought 3 or 4 games from them and have had no issue with paying. I have used my paypal and credit card.

It does appear that they are struggling slightly with the influx of new customers, but I'm sure they will get over this.

I've bought stuff off them before and it's been no problem at all. They're certainly a decent site, maybe you're just being unlucky?

When i was trying to order BF3 from them using my Debit card it kept crashing and then tried Paypal and it was fine. I'm not to keen on them though. Customer Support seems to take a while to reply.

A British company and seem to be a decent one at that

For some games that dont redeem on steam/origin i think. It's called Capsual.

I think when I tried Opera it wouldn't work either, so I tried with Chrome and it worked.
