yeh I've had a look at that, but a bit worried about the WebOS? are there many apps available for it? and its been discontinued so no support/updates?

Theres an android port so app support isn't a problem, well assuming your okay with installing it anyway. Not really sure what you can get hardware wise that beats the Touch Pad that is still properly supported, closest I can find is an ex demo xoom but thats way over budget (£280).

Edit: as above the Kindle Fire could also be worth a look, but no idea how good it is or when it's out.

the touchpad. once you have it dev enabled and isntall preware, i dont know if you will want to go to android.

Well, if you are worried the TouchPad won't update and don't have many apps, then you could turn to the Amazon kindle fire.
But personnally I think the TouchPad is OK, and just find this review and this black friday sale from here

Basically the missus wants a tablet, and the ipad is just too much and besides its apple

We've managed to source a near mind Transformer with dock for £260. Are these good tablets? Is this a worthwhile deal?
