Probably because we live in a celebrity driven and obsessed world, propogated by a media that must make these uninteresting people newsworthy in order to fund their self fulfilling downward spiral of producing celebrity rubbish.

Yup, makes you wonder why she was so big for 25 years of marriage then suddenly loses it all when she is divorced, her body cant be in the best shape after carrying around the extra amount of weight for so long.
