I thought I would share with you chaps the subject of a few debates in the past :p

I went to buy carpet today and as you do I thought I would go for a drive and take some piccies, I've never been any good at taking pictures, for me these are pretty good :o

Looks tidy but too many spokes on the wheels in my opinion. Super/Ultraleggeras would suit better.

Bet cleaning is fun :p

I cleaned them today for the first time and they are a total nightmare :(

I need a wheel cleaning device?

I know I would have loved a set of Ultra Leggaeras they are my favourite wheel I had my eye on a set of ex demo's but they had a bit of cosmetic damage and they wouldnt budge on the price, to be honest I wouldnt have bothered with new wheels if it didnt need 4 tyres, these wheels were only £200 and a bit more than a decent set of tyres in the previous size

Is that in Cheadle, near Cheadle Royal?

(i guessed that from 1st pic(fountain) then seeing premiere inn cemented it ;))

Don't like the wheels, sorry (but then I don't like the wheels on my Leon much either).

Looks good otherwise, and to me they look no less hot than an EP3.

I expected bad things with the wheels but thats not terrible. Better tyre size now?

They've done 300 miles now and I'm starting to notice the difference, Fox was right about the turn in, it is slightly better, the ride is not comprimised as much as I expected, sometimes I think it tram lines a little but I've only just started abusing it again since the tyres were fitted as they felt a little slippery at first. Really pleased with the tyres so far.

Not tempted to blow some extra lacquer on them to try and avoid them corrosion?

I did that on my s4 wheels after the refurbishment in the common bubbling areas and they were fine

Its a thought and if they were a little more expensive then I probably would but in all honesty I'm not that fussed about them, I'll just keep them as clean as possible as I'm more focussed on the fact that its going to cost me a grand in January as its due a major service, insurance and tax and I'm in the process of buying a flat
