can you even a create a new account and instantly use the forum? i thought they had to be activated by a mod first? i tried to make a second account once so i could contact a mod when i couldnt remember my password and the reset password link just tells you to contact a mod

it wouldnt even let me use the forum to contact a mod nevermind vote on a poll, i think they check for duplicate ips on an account aswell because the new account i made never got activated
