Motherboard for 2700k i7 oem

Hi guys looking to build soon. Just bought my gtx 580 lightning on weekly deal. What I need too know us what good motherboards for the above chip. I'm looking to overclock it. Either with an auto overclock or with help on this forum to do a manual overclock. Although I have a budget I guess I'll go up to max £170 on the board. Preferably with the new gui bios 3.0pcie and auto overclock feauture incase I'm too scared too do it myself.

Sorry in addition what cases offer the best cooling for cpu? I was looking at the cooler master haf x gaming case

There is a OCgenie button on the PCB to press and give you an instant auto-overclock.
