Either that or see if there's any no quibble 14 day return available like there usually is on phones so you can check reception before fully committing to a contract
 
What would your stepdad do if you had broken his rules? He seems to have an awful lot of control over you, I could understand it if you were 13 but you're an adult.

He can't afford it unfortunately, he has a much lower income than my mum and I use a lot of electricity/gas/hot water!

c'mon, finding a job isn't that difficult!!!

If you try hard enough, you'll find a full time one. even if it is just at Tesco/Subway etc

2013 :C I currently have a part time job, but that doesn't pay much just yet, especially with Christmas coming! If any thing, I am looking to hopefully being kept on past Christmas for this job and then thinking about long term things like getting my own internet

No, my mum is rich, my dad is poor. I live with my mum and I am at college, not Uni, and have already looked into any extra financial help, but I am not eligible for any thing :(
