He probably 'isn't going to trust the poll', as expected.
Hopefully the mods will just take note of the fact he said he'd leave no matter what and ban him. I don't think he should be forced to leave, if he wants to troll and people are silly enough to believe him, so be it, but the fact he's made this thread is just beyond pathetic.
