i7 2600k or 2700k or 2500k?

I'm looking to building a new pc but I can't work out the difference between these three chips. i want to know which of these three chips OC better and higher and which is better for gaming i am very interesting to play the most demanding games lile Crysis 2 e.t.c

2500k if just for gaming.

2600K & 2700K both have hyperthreading (4 cores / 8 threads) wheres the 2500k does not (4 cores 4 threads), just for gaming look at the 2500k.

They should all in theory overclock the same but a few people have been getting 5ghz on the 2700k.

2500k all the way for gaming, I hear some games have problems with HT chips although it is something i've only read but you really will not get any more benefit out of a 2600k or 2700k in games.
