The product still hasn't arrived but he did say a few more things that it isn't:

Penis enlarger
Any kind of muscle therapy/massager
Doesn't make you smarter
I know the above suggestions are stupid, but they're the kind of things he'd believe in.

His final clue was that it is to do with the heart and the brain.
I personally think he's getting scammed. Either the product will never arrive, or the product won't do what he thinks it'll do.

Well, south Africa aint exactly know for inventions or counterfit electronics, so it wont be anything main stream, probably gonna some crap like collecting spirit energy/brain power or alien crap lol

He paid £180 for some mysterious magic device from South Africa. It hasn't arrived. If it isn't a scam, it's a very good impersonation of one.
