the TV seem to go for £330 all over the net....

If it is near £200 then it would be worth it I suppose.

It's currently on at £330 before sale price.
This will no doubt be a there's only 2for sale at £50 jobs. Like the xbox360 and ps3 from last year.

Sorry me being an idiot. Thought the Panasonic was full HD, website says it is:

FULL-HD 1080p (HDMI only), 1080i
HD 720p
SD 576i/p, 480i/p

Isn't freeviewHD only 1080i anyway so makes sense the pani says 1080p hdmi only?

I asked this the previous page in this thread. The panasonic is not Full HD.

Apparently it means the HDMI socket can receive full HD, however the panel itself can't display it...misleading, hence HD Ready on the label whereas all the other real HD TV says "Full HD"

But the point its that for £10 more you can get the Toshiba with Full HD.
