Corsair Carbide 400R vs 500R

How much better, if at all, is the 500R?

Pros and cons of the cases please.

Really unsure what case to get. If u have any other suggestions in my price range I would love to hear them.

Well I cant really have input towards the pros/ cons of the 400 vs the 500 as I havent owned the 400.
The 500 however is sleek (in white anyway), pretty good cooling, can hide a 240/280mm rad in the roof under the grille and lots of room inside.

Do what I done and pulled the old "you know its my birthday, can I has the money early to buy something that I really want...its on offer, otherwise I wont be able to afford it".

Works a treat everytime....if you know your getting enough money.

Its nice having your birthday 4 weeks from christmas, join presents together

Afaik the 500r has a fan controller, removable hdd cages and room for a side 200mm fan over the 400r

I think the 500r is an excellent case. It was a joy to work with and very easy to cable manage. I'd get it over the 400r as it comes with the 200mm side fan.
