SAMSUNG PS59D6900 59" Plasma 3D TV

My m8 is just about to buy one of these TV's SAMSUNG PS59D6900 59" Plasma

Does anyone have one? or know of a good reason not to get it, or know of a better tv for the money?.

Just cross your fingers and toes that you don't get one that buzzes very loudly and has brightness fluctuations. Other than that, I couldn't be happier with mine

It's not for me I have a panny vt30

So do many of them suffer from these problems then?

They call it the 'panel lottery'! So a fair few do, it's just luck of the draw as to how extreme the issues can be it seems.

I think he is looking at the SAMSUNG PS51D8000 51" Full HD Plasma 3D TV now instead. its a little smaller, what do you think???
