7,000 mile barrier for the year was passed this morning.
That's good going! Were half of those done on the Civia? ;)

I think I've only just done 2000 miles this year, which is pretty poor considering how much I've spent on my bikes. I should really resolve to get out more often.

God knows how many miles I've done on my bike this year, I've had a bad year, I've probably lost about 3 months to colds :(, I was hoping to break 12,000 miles again.

Target for this year is 7,500 up from last year's 6,500 (which I just fell short of). Provisional target for next year is 9,000 miles.

I think about 10,000 would be the most I'd ever be able to do because of time constraints, and even then I'd need a truck load of brownie points in order to manage that.

1500 miles for me. Utterly pathetic, but my first year on the bike, 9 months of solid commuting and then let it go with the odd 20-40 mile ride on a weekend and odd commute.

Going to get the bike cleaned, lubed, mudguards on and get back on it. Commute every day through winter like I did last time but get out on the weekends as much as possible. Also thinking of joining the local cycling club (Clitheroe) for incentive, encouragement and knowledge. I don't know any other road cyclists so hoping to make some new friends. Bit anxious as I'm naturally an introvert but we'll see how it goes. They even have their own jerseys, haha.

I really want to do an event next year for charity. Anybody doing anything like that in the north west?

~3300 miles so far this year. But I've probably only done about 100 since June :(

Hopefully going out for a little road ride shortly, first time I've ridden in 7 weeks, and first time on the road bike since May.

2000 miles for me since the middle of may when I started cycling. I'm still fat and slow though.

Going to do my first triathlon next year, a local sprint one should be fun.

Come and do the kentish killer!
Well I've given it a go, but it won't take a payment off any of my cards. I'll try again tomorrow I guess

Edit: scrub that. I'm in and I'm bringing a female friend with me! Happy days, whoooot!

A massive 7 miles doing a lap of Central Park and back. Shoulder was aching but overall pretty good. See how it feels later/tomorrow as I want to head out for a decent ride.
