Good price?

My Macbook is a 2008 Ali Body Macbook, 2.4ghz c2d, upgraded 4gb of RAM and a 250GB hdd...it was the higher spec one when released so has the back lit keyboard as well.

Times are kinda tight (I'll only up buying again next year anyway) and someones offering me £700...it's not necessarily for sale but everything has its price.

Good price? Or could I get better elsewhere?

I paid £700 for my 2010 13" MBP with 8gb of RAM.

I would take the money mate then once your sorted you can always look at the new refresh coming next year

I just sold mine of the same spec for £350, and it still had 6 months AppleCare left on it.

Went to a mate, I'd have asked £400 otherwise. Had it 18 months, only lost £50 on it.

Not bad I suppose. Looking to sell my 2011 model in time for the 2012 model soon.
