Some people regard it as being the worst game: I still enjoyed it. Played it with the Complete mod installed :)

Was hoping for Borderlands, but doesn't look like it will come up on a daily deal :( Girlfriend will probably want to wait until Christmas now for it.

If Stalker's are not in the daily then I will just get Clear Sky for now as it's good for £3.99 as it is.

I have just finshed Metro 2033 & it's got me in the mood for stalker games again.
If you like Stalker you should give Metro 2033 ago if you don't already own it.

You're not quite the idiot you assume you are. While there is yet to be one more day of sales, past sales would indicate that tomorrow will be a recap of all the best sales and thus not really of much use (if you think about it, the best sales are the ones the most people bought therefore the games people are less likely to buy the second time they appear).

They usually do that when the sale is really long though. Like the two week summer sale or the epic Christmas sale. Like last year the middle of the Christmas sale was a recap. I think they do it then, as over Christmas people can miss the sale.

I certainly hope that tomorrow is a new day of sales.
 
Ah good, a recap day wasn't what was bothering me, but there's a few smaller games I'm tempted to pickup, but was going to wait til the last day on the OFF chance they came up as a £3 deal, and looking at the til the 27th sign, I wasn't sure if it'd finish completely tomorrow, in which case I'd miss my chance.
 
I suppose I should put my money where my mouth is. I started playing SC: Conviction on the 360 but it put me off due to sub-HD resolution. Now it's cheap for PC, I'm not entirely fussed! :D Is it worth spending extra to get the deluxe version?

I paid the extra. Once completed you can go back and do it again but this time not getting spotted. Adds more value to the game. At the current price there should be no reason for not getting the game at all. Great story, Better graphics than 360 and a pretty darm good game.
 
There's a lot of games I would like in these sales but can't help thinking that if I wait just a month the same games will be cheaper in the Xmas sale.
Still might get Limbo, it does look interesting.

At this price Limbo's worth getting just as a vote of thanks for such a suberb work of visual art. That was my intention the other day when I paid twice as much. I feel a bit daft now, because I'm never going to play it. I didn't even finish the demo. :-)
