Hi,

I used the search to look for a similar thread but didn't see one - apologies if my searching has let me down...

So I LOVE Christmas movies, in fact am wondering if it's still too early to start watching them... But I feel I may be missing out on some Christmas gems to add to my collection.

The ones I have are:

Muppets Christmas Carol
Elf
Miracle on 34th Street
The Grinch
Nativity!
Love Actually
Bad Santa
White Christmas
The Polar Express
Home Alone 1 & 2
Nightmare Before Christmas
The Santa Clause
The Snowman

So... What essential Christmas films should I have not waited this long to have in my collection?

Holiday Inn
A Christmas Carol
It's a Wonderful Life
Miracle on 34th Street
Joyeux Noel
Scrooged
A Christmas Story

Beaten to it. Honestly my favourite Christmas movie of all time. Chevy Chase is always hilarious.

There is also 3 versions of The Santa Clause, can't remember if they are all good but maybe worth a try as Tim Allen is always a good watch.

And not festive, but Christmas themed: Bam Margera's "Where the **** is Santa?"

Disney's A Christmas Carol
EDIT: Oh and Goodbye Mr Chips (the original 1939 version)
