What's your opinion on this punishment?

I litter anything thats biodegradable! (fruit peels, paper bags).

The way I see it, its better if it biodegrades rather than being dumped into a landfill.

Plastic and metals no. Banana skins and paper bags chuck em on the floor.

Its much better for the environment.
 
Yeah that's fair. It's the only way little kids learn before they turn into teenagers with gobs and minds of their own.

Good call on the parent, i hate it when im behind someone who throws out a crisps packet or mc donalds rubbish.
 
The fact that the 14 year old kid casually threw the can out of the window indicates to me that he will only learn not to litter in front of his father. The kid has already shown a disregard for the enviroment and the law, and it may be too late to teach him.
