I have received the following e-mail
"Your request for a replacement IPOD NANO, Repair ID XXXXXXXX, has been cancelled."
anyone else had that?
Interesting... any reason why?
I am waiting for the return packaging as well, I was hoping someone would have had one back by now so we would know for sure what the replacements are.
Just wondering, mine is dead, it wont charge up will they still replace it, could say it was working when I sent it off?

ive got 1 to send back. everyone seems to get a box. i got a jiffy bag. my theory is, when they run out of 1st gen ipods to send out. they will send me a new one![]()

They have had mine for 2 weeks, no change in status.
Nope, sent mine off ~3 weeks ago and no change in status.
Wont they just refurb yours, quick clean/polish and new battery, job done?
