Another Brain Teaser

wish people would stop writing brain teaser and start writing ambiguously worded question in the title.

anyway, to cover as many bases as possible. yes, you could fit a period of time that is under 60 seconds into a year, however, an entire year is not less than 60 seconds on any planet i know of*. i cant think of a single natural object that could orbit any star in under 60 seconds and stay in a stable orbit

*unless you define a second as 1/86400th of a day on the planet in question, and the planet in question has a stupendously long day
