he really is the best option, you could get IF Ramires, but i always found him to be a bit "clumsy" at times, he is only an 81 too, which sort of tells you how crap he is in other positions (he is a CM naturally). i found his shooting to be pants, his pace was okay, but his passing was very good.

Nasri has the nice knock on, like if he is getting the ball and the defender is tight or running up to him he does a little shimmy past him if you knock the stick past the defender. very useful for getting past players. he also has lethal crossing, so long as you slow down and turn to face the box slightly.

he has been superb for me, it's a pity the EPL has so many good wingers, which cannot be converted into CAM's, I would have loved to try out Mata, Valencia, Nani, Young, Walcott, etc, but i can't.

that is the thing about this game i hate most, not being able to play certain people in my formation.
 
You're that anal about that bright green boot? Be brave, rely on chemistry in other parts of your team to get the total up to 100. It's possible.
 
If you don't know what a homonym is, I feel sorry for you. Although, you'll probably feel really smart and just point out that it has the word 'homo' in it, right? Good job kiddo.

I didn't like having a Brazilian defence so went BPL but wasn't a huge fan of that either and was always happy when I had my Serie A squad so decided to stick with that for the back 5. Only thing bothering me is there is no link between LB/RB & CM but overall chem is still 100.

Any suggestions to improve, was thinking IF Ramires but not sure if it's worth it over the NIF? Same for IF Neymar.

Also, managed to get a Tevez in a pack a few days ago so was thinking of selling and building a second team with the ~50k I'll get from him or should I try building a squad around him? I don't really want to sway from 4312.

absolutely demolished him 4-0, hit the cross bar with a penalty and Casillas saved a lot of potential goals, hit the post once as well.

Why do people make teams like this? seriously Rooney, Ronaldo, Robben and then Gallas and Ranocchia?

i bet he was wondering why his team is getting beat so badly as well.
 
Tevez gives you lots of options:
Argies up front, with Cambiasso linking to a Serie A defence?
BPL team?
Argies all over, with random players filling in their weak spots (LB and RB mainly, iirc)

edit: also, Tevez at the CAM/CF role, with Argentinian STs and BPL midfield and defence could be nice too.

I usually just leave it on one setting but was reading a guide explaining how to use it better.

Basically.

When off the ball - High Pressure
When on the ball - Possesion
when an attacking midielder is about to pass to an attacking striker - offside trap
when conceding a corner - counter attack

and to never cpu contain in the middle areas of the pitch, only cpu contain in wide areas. One of my biggest problems.

I very occasionally use the offside trap. Getting it wrong can be fatal.

Also, the switch wings command is good sometimes too.

I bet he does pretty well against fifa mortals and not fifa gods. :p

if you have enough time to switch before you concede a corner, good luck to you.

i leave it on normal and play with a custom formation. works fine.

That sounds like a good plan, Serie A defence just seems to click with me so would like to carry that through to a new team. May as well play a few games with Tevez rather than sell straight away! :D
