It's that time of year again.

What have been your best albums of the year?

Mine have been:-

Recommended by someone on this very forum, fantastic stuff, can't get enough of it.

Foster The People - Torches
First came across them in the states and bought the album on a punt. Well worth it.

I'm a huge Anthrax fan but I was disappointed by Worship Music :(

Can't think of many to be honest, haven't been paying that much attention - but i'd say Wasting Light and Endgame should be up there somewhere.

Hell - Human Remains
Anthrax - Worship Music
Megadeth - 13
Skindred - Union Black

Been a pretty barren year for good music (for me anyway):

Among plenty of good stuff I don't remember this late!

Girls - Father, Son, Holy Ghost
The Antlers - Burst Apart

Out of the lot I'd say the M83 album is amazing. They went in exactly the right direction I hoped they would after Saturdays = Youth.
