Which Technology AMD or NVIDIA ?

Hi All I am looking for feedback/info regarding what peoples views are about which of the 3D Technology is better AMD 3D Technology or Nvidia 3D Vision 2 ? I am not talking about cost just which uses the 3D effect the best and picture quality on the monitors they use ? any views thanks :confused:

I haven't used either, but, 3D is really an Nvidia thing (like Eyefinity is an ATI/AMD thing) so I would say Nvidia is probably best if for no other reason than more games support it than support the AMD alternative.

Nvidia have just refined their 3D technology whereas AMD are still trying to work out if they have any. I hope that helps.

I think Nvidia has the edge in this. Before you had to rely on third party drivers for 3D from AMD, but recently they're trying to start their own 3D drivers. However it's still pretty new so it's not as refined and stable as Nvidia.

There is another option. Google edimensional 3D glasses.

Yeah took a look at them .kind of weird looking things ! i am always unsure of using products that are not really made for something as it has a habit of messing up the system in my view at least Nvidia works great with its graphic cards and monitors ,so i would have to agree Nvidia is the best at present as there support knows what its doing as they have been around longer
