Hey. You have the same setup as me :) It's awesome eh :p

When gaming, I have the soundcard set to Headphones (Pro-gaming mode on amp for the correct gain)
Channels set to 6, and Dolby headphone switched on, using the biggest room.

To get the mic working, you need to change which mic port you are using in the mixer. It's a little spanner icon next to the bottom of the bar, see below:

I don't use any other settings. No effects or anything. Just Dolby headphone. For BF3, use the "war tapes" sound mode in the audio options :)

For games which allow it, you can also set 5.1 sound (not sure how much of a difference it makes though yet)

Hope that helps. You will love the sound from the DG with the PC360s. Simpy amazing!

also what is this built in amp - where is the enable / disable button?

it says on the Q mark that 8 chanel is recommended for 3d games?

Well, I used 6 channels, since I'm using 5.1 on the Dolby headphone.

GS emulates EAX as far as I know, but it caused a problem for me with BF:BC2, so had to turn it off.

The headphone amp setting is on the little hammer icon when you select headphones are output. You need the middle setting for the PC360s, since they are 50 Ohm headphones.

More info in the manual, download link here: http://support.asus.com/download.as...=1&m=Xonar DG&os=29&hashedid=FiWODUF4uhiJVJKD

when you say I am using dolby headphone - do you mean physical headpones - or the drivers tick box "dolby headphone"

I have a pc360 which is just stereo......

Also do you have bf3 on home cinema? or Warsounds? or 5.1?

Also Stereo enhancer or mixer - in bf3 sound settings - enable or disable??

far too many settings to play with :(
