10 out of 10 for deciding to build a car in your basement, and then digging it out!

For the time,& money spent, he could have done a lot better than that imo.

Absolute respect for forming the entire body from alloy, but the chassis looks like a civil engineering project, very heavy.

It's claimed in the article to be 1300kg.

It does, however, state:

Performance untested weight 2700lbs.

.....whatever "Performance untested weight" means. Fully laden with powertrain? Who knows.

Amazing work, can't help but feel he could have used the time and obviously great skills to create something better than a replica.
