No, I never said I would.
Glad to hear it!
No, I never said I would.
And how does that change anything, what's the difference between the poor cute fluffy rat and the annoying snarling cat that poos in everyones garden.
One of the things that rile me up is when I see a cat hunt for birds in my street, its not doing it for food but for fun, this video is actually someone feeding their pet.
People may be emotionally attached to domestic animals, but it still doesn't make it OK.
Trying to win an argument by calling laws 'emotional' is utter tripe, and would get you know where in a proper debate except to make yourself look foolish, except to distract from the actual topic. Your trolling, stop it. (I've deliberately left "Your" in place so someone can pointlessly think they are incredible at the English language and pick up on it and waste a post).
That makes zero sense.

Argueing just for arguments sake? Do you dislike cats?
It's not tripe, becuase they are. They certainly aren't based on facts or evidence.
1) For example why can I not breed cats for food?
2) Why was fox hunting banned, when the report said other still legal methods cause just as much distress.
3) Why can't I eat song birds?
1) Probably because there is a law against it? (Honestly don't know on the legalities because I'm not screwed up enough to go looking for bizarre things like that)
2) Because it's cruel. Please tell me how shooting a fox is better than it being mauled by dogs after it's exhausted? I don't actually have a problem with fox hunting, and don't really care, but the 'end result' is the fox being mauled, don't be fooled into thinking it's not another way.
3) Songs birds? Are they a protected under law?
You said that even if you fed your snake live mice, it would still be wrong for cats. Why? Where's your logic in that.
I don't mind cats and the animal makes no difference and that's the issue.
Its certainly not arguing for the sake of OT. It's arguing becuase so many of you have double standards that aren't logical.
1) yes it's against the law, why. You saying my argument that laws are based on emotion rather than evidence.
2) then why aren't the other methods banned
3) yes protected by law
So basically you came in here know nothing. As said my argument that laws are based on emotion and public opinion, rather than evidence is stupid.
So common show we hpwhat facts these laws are based on. Or is it that I am actually right.
If kittens were killed in as humane way as mice are then I wouldn't care.
That is hugely off topic though![]()
"In some parts of the world people eat other people. If I ate one of your kids I'd just say you have double standards." > It's a bit far fetched, but that's basically your arguement. I'll wait for you to bring up the 'but that's people, it's different'![]()
