Impressed, more than I expected, didn't chose them for any reason than best value but already impressed with them after a good drive last evening. Nice ride, good grip, good feel, no 'Goodyear' wobble or Bridgestone under steeer so far.

As you were men.

Had them on my M3. Coming from the PS2's on my 911 I was expecting to be disappointed but was actually pleasantly surprised. I felt their wet grip was a touch lacking compared to the Bridgestone's but that's about it really.

You must be mistaken, as its winter a CS3 is a frankly useless tyre and I'm suprised you made it home.

Its WINTER, duh.

I've recently renewed my set. Was happy enough with them before and they were a reasonable price. Plus I couldn't get a set of CS5s.

Have only noticed the traction control light flickering since the onset of the cold weather. Maybe I'm not driving it correctly...

so you moved from Michelin PS2s to Conti SC3 and then go onto compare them to some bridgestones that you dont menton? :p

I quite like the CS3, they're my favourite tyre that ive had, but ive not tried any michelins, or the newer Eagle F1A2 for example.

I'm finding the RE050As a mixed bag, they seem to have great lateral grip but do like to spin up in a straight line quite easily, but that might be due to my cars power delivery more than anything, not driven my car with other rubber on to make a fair comparison.
