Massive attention seek. But it's going to be way about 1mil views, the video gets a few hundred comments every few minutes.
 
What makes you say he's lying? His eyes and face say otherwise.

Saw this earlier. It's so pretentious that I gave it a dislike. The people commenting on traits he clearly doesn't have only reinforce my opinion of 99% of humans being utterly stupid.

Latest comment when I clicked this time:
"you are an amazing person who is going to do great great things. and even though ive never met you, i love you. exactly how you are. stay strong and be yourself, because you are WONDERFUL!"

Wow, what an attention seeker. He even used a song in it so I believe that he wont be able to profit from adsense? So it was all for attention.
