I don't think that we have had a better highpoint this year, than Gareth's thread, the thread that not only is an inspiration to all of us that read it, but has also contributed to a change in thinking within the games industry.

Absolutely Gareth's thread for me, epic how that thing snowballed... thousands of sigs added to AskACapper's petition, thousands of views of his youtube video and the thread itself, I don't think there was a single major PC gaming mag that didn't pick up on the story and, hopefully for Chuck, there weren't many console mags that missed the boat, either. True-born legend right there.

Also, AdamJKelly's girlfriend fail, the London riots thread, DiamondMark's public exposure, that side-splitting towel thread... God, I love these forums.

Gareth's thread is the reason I stopped lurking and signed up. I never did respond to his thread because I'd be saying the same thing as everyone else but I did read pretty much every page

Best thread this year, and if I Dont see him man of honour I will be very dissapointed.

He has been an inspiration to us all, he deserves it.

That thread still had some a bit of a 'typical' OcUK response with some users doubting his disability

and his need to use his chin to play resulting in some asking for 'proof' by video. I mean, come on, have some compassion!

I too would vote for Gareth as MoH this year
