Corsair have AMAZING service

Ok I got an email back and they gave me a coupon code with free shipping for a 200mm fan and a new side window panel.
I am happy with that seeing as I don't have to send my case back to them etc.
Well done Corsair! A big thumbs up from me on the service.
 
Well the on-going saga continues. Corsair arranged a UPS collection without consulting me and told me to have my package ready. No other details about where or when the collection may happen. Well it turns out UPS tried to collect from my home address yesterday and obviously I was not in or ready for collection.

I have had to buy a cheap case to put my computer in for the time being and I had to spend hours last night changing the bits over. I packed the case up and phoned UPS this morning only to be told that they cannot change the collection location and that I will have to contact Corsair to change the address.

The whole process has been a nightmare so far and I wish I had never started this process. At the end of this I will hopefully have a fully working case but I know that it will probably sit unopened because I can’t be bothered to change the bits back to the 600T.
 
My new side window case panel and front 200mm fan arrived today from Corsair.
So fast seeing I only sent the email off last week.

Yeah, I'm quite surprised too given what I've read above.

I've dropped their RMA team another mail, which I think gets picked up by the States so guess I'll get a reply later tonight.

It's nothing major, it's just a duff 8gb Voyager so I'm not massively fussed. Principles and all that though I guess. If they want to send me a 512gb SSD as a means of saying sorry for the minor inconvenience though that would be awesome. :D
 
My 650D case came with a deformed perspex side panel - having told them about it and they just shipped a whole replacement side panel out from germany i believe without asking any questions or asking for a photo / to ship the old one back to them.

Feel like I'm thread crapping updating this...

Another day, another lack of email from the RMA team, and a lack of updates on the RMA site. :(

Item sent: 9th Nov (3 day Int'l service)
Item received: 28th Nov (??)
1st chase email: 21st Nov
1st reply email: 24th Nov
Reply to 1st chase: 24th Nov (no reply to that)
2nd chase email: 5th Dec (no reply as yet)

Also sent another email just now stating I'm not a happy chappy.

The delay in postage I can appreciate, that is extenuating circumstances. However the lack of updates and replies to emails is just plain shoddy customer services IMO.
 
Yep, sounds like my experience so far. UPS came to collect the case last week with no warning and no option to change the collection address. I arranged to work from home on the Monday so the case has been sent now.

Still no reply to my emails and now I would like to arrange the delivery of the new case to my work address, I am about to email corsair but am not holding out much hope. Overall I am very disappointed with their customer service.
 
Well I'm anything but impressed with them after asking about a fan fix kit, just got a reply from Corsair support telling me the front fan of my case is attached with a plastic mount. The fan in my case is fixed with 4 fan screws of the type supplied as spares with the case, I know what I'm looking at and know a screw when I see one. :mad:
 
One month to the day, Corsair have shipped my replacement USB drive.

No reply to any emails, just a shipping notice.

Kingston or Sandisk for the next ones then I guess. :(

Why didn't you tell them that you wanted it collected from your work address?
 
I did not get a chance, I emailed them complaining about some part of their process and then they just came back a few days later with an email saying a collection was already arranged. No offer of arranging with me a date or collection address.

Their communication so far seems to be the worst bit of the process. I emailed them saying I would like the new case delivered to work and they did not respond for days and then finally they have responded with, sorry, we have shipped it to your home address.

Still, at least the process is nearly over now. To be fair to them, it looks like it will be just over a week between collection of the old case and delivery of the new one which is pretty good. So I am pretty happy with that part of the process.
 
In the process of (hopefully) RMA'ing my White 600T. The fan controller doesn't want to work at all. E-mailed them with my details so hopefully I'll get my RMA number and take it from there. Hoping they'll just send me the replacement part and not have me ship it to America :(
 
And so the saga continues. After the first failed delivery at home I managed to change the delivery address on the UPS site with the number that was on the card they put through the door. That service worked very well and the case turned up today. Yay!

I had a strange feeling something was wrong though. I have just opened the top of the box and yes, that's right, the have shipped me the black version of the 600T when I shipped them a white one.

This is getting beyond a joke now. Very very ***ed off at the moment. Off to email the support people to be ignored for a few more days, yay me.

Bloody hell mate! That is so not on! I hope that they ship you out a white one and compensate you with freebies for this **** up!
