Regardless of religion and alcohol consumption, if there's an ounce of truth in the part where they were kicking the poor girl in the head. Then that, to me, is attempted murder.
I think it just angers me as when i was younger i was jumped by around 10 blokes, big ones at that, i was only small. Tried to fight back but i was hit with a kosh, ended up on the floor and they took it in turns to take a running kick/jump to my head. Luckily i have a hard head and they only ripped my skin open and no long term physical damage.
I saw a copper twice, once on scene and the other was when he came back telling me that they perps who had done it could not be charged with anything.
I had 2 witnesses and the names and address of some of the people involved as i recognised them from school!
Thing is, it was racial for me and i was singled out as i was in a black area at the time.
Spose what im trying to say is the law fails far too many people far too many times.
I got my own justice after but thats not the point, im not suffering panic attacks or loosing my job!
Id be truly gutted and frustrated if i was this woman.
The Justice system needs sorting! Punishments need to reflect the crime!
