i suggest everyone avoids "Kewi Clan UK - 2001 Tickets!"

some noob called "imyourguy" constantly circiles the mainbase killing people as they spawn/try to take off , the admins just let it happen.... you get flamed if you complain and the worsr thing is one of the admin messages says "no carrier attack" .....
 
At distance it is nerfed, but mid to close its fine - and thus city maps or whatever they call them... Siene, Bazzar and that other one... probably Metro as well.. and im sure theres another but cant think of it. On those maps the flags are tight in, so unless you camp with the IRNV (which is not what its for anyway) then you will feel the nerf).

If you are an active player, ie run to the action and get stuck in to defend or cap.. then the IRNV nerf is not as problematic.. and id say if at all tbh, yes its cloudy/blurry and the sight imo seems to be less wide, but its not that bad.

Caspian, I mean.. yes you are not going to do pot shots as range as you could, but D to C is coverable and you can still pick people out in bushes.. and the green is just like the camo outfit, so if you know what to look for then that wont bother you either.

Ill try get some screens, FRAPS is not working for me at all tbh

i hope that's true. my round change crashes were happening almost every round, was starting to get very irritating....

Exactly this for me. Hope it's sorted, but the problems are so random in this game it'll be pot-luck :D

Looking through those screens, I'm really looking forward to a blast on the new Sharqi.
 
T-flight Hotas, couldn't bind roll or yaw at all before the patch, it didn't even recognize the buttons and half of them had strange descriptions for them in the menu. Now i loaded it up and it automatically had everything set and i didn't need to change anything

Ah good stuff!!

Thats 2nite mission for me set up joystick... tho i did read that the X52 works pretty good anyway.

I've stayed well away from Conquest as i absolutely hated the half the maps!

Our 64man 1000 tickets will only run Large Conquest back to Karkand maps.... Thats where i'l be spending ALL of time game time, even if it is normal mode :eek:
 
Right not sure if this will work, had to download some MSI thing and its saved a 1mb PNG

But in this example im Market end (C) in Bazaar, just gone up steps towards Alley (B) flag.. scoped up and this cheeky monkey popped out at his end... you can make out his head, I pressed F10 and prone as not to die but still you can get the gyst of what is visable.

Either MSI or photobucket have shrunk it for some reason idk, but its clearer at gaming res..... my res is 1920x1080

Wow. I'd rather just use iron sights or a holo / RDS.

Iron sights are my preference - nowt like picking up and dropping a running target in iron sights ;)
 
Might be just me but the irnv does work and doesnt, kinda hit and miss with the infared bit working on it.

Some buildings and objects have dissappeared and came back kinda flickering which i saw on a skip and a tall multilevel building platform.

Got some lag spikes or seemed like em even tho i think my ping is stable 20-30, mate whos on same package just little futher south had 11 ping grr.

I hope they have fixed it for my trusty old Logitech 3D Pro. Just cannot get the damn thing to work currently.

My force 3d works, but just. I haven't remaped since the last patch but i could map all my buttons but it would still have some lock in. Like if i put after burner on button 4 it would still be flare and afterburner together.
 
Just tried the IRNV. It's pretty similar close range but it sucks balls at long range. You can't see anything past the mist. I could rape with it on maps like Seine but that just isn't possible now. The nerf to air radar isn't too bad. Previously I used it mainly to detect planes on my tail and it still does this. They will be detected once they get within a reasonable shooting distance so just need to pay closer attention.
