This goes against what most people seem to say about bodybuilding. I've read it time and time again that doing pushups and pullups are pointless and wont help you gain mass, yet this guy proves they do.

Indeed, he does seem to be doing them to the extreme though, I mean 700 pushups a day 5 days a week....

Didn't some girl make the exact same video a few years ago? Same format, almost identical words used on cards etc. etc. ?

I'm sure it was, some emo girl. I can't find the vid though, can the OCUK detectives? I got a sense of deja vu watching his video.

This is deffo 100%, im pretty sure it was in the thread, or sommin I watched it.

Apparently she released another video saying denying rumours that she's dead. Don't think she faked anything though.

Given the title of the video it's not exactly appropriate to post it.

What the actual ****?

The womans name was ****head, I don't see why I got an infraction for that, if you'd have watched the video you may have realised this

Google it if you don't believe me, it's pronounced ********.

You were politely asked not to post videos with swearing in the title so you post the word hyphenated instead, that's not a good plan.

If you've ever watched Mythbusters, you'll probably have seen them at the Alameda bomb range, where they shoot things and blow things up. It's obviously in the middle of nowhere. You can see that on the program and of course such a place would be in the middle of nowhere. Nobody would put a bomb/artillery/etc range in a town, would they?

Wrong! It's in a town.

Which recently got hit by cannonball fire from a Mythbusters experiment. Luckily nobody was hurt even though the ball passed through a couple's bedroom while they slept.

It was just an unlucky bounce off a berm at the range, but even after a cannonball has lost most of its kinetic energy to the ground it will still easily smash through houses. After all, they were designed to breach hard stone walls yards thick.
