It's easy to make a hybrid team with all chem 9. Just requires a bit of thinking. That's the fun part though. Not hard to get a decent play next to someone who is either the same nationality, or in the same team/league.
You could create a team of the same nationality, or a team from all the same league or team and still hate them, I guess that's the beauty of FUT.

i built some great hybrids in the past, but they changed the way chemistry works this year.
last year in a 4222 the 2 strikers didnt need to link up so i built some amazing teams
Dzeko (Wolfsburg version) ------ Benzema
Diego ------------ Kaka
or
Dzeko (City Version) --- IF Henry
Anelka ------- Nasri
but now the strikers need to link, basically i dont like anyone having less than 9 chemistry so im not sure if i will build hybrids this year.
both my hybrids had serie A defences too
in fact every team i made had a serie a defence, it was so much easier to do last year. this year its a lot harder, since they made Mexes crap.
think the full team was this for one of them
Dzeko ------- Benzema
Anelka or Nasri ------ Kaka
Diarra ------- Ramires or IF Gustavo
Abidal -- Mexes -- Silva -- Maicon
IF Buffon
i love the idea of a hybrid, but i havent really seen one which i want to do let me think on it a bit
Probably mate, I'd go for two defensive units there really, or one attacking one defensive.

far too weak, both are wimps
IF Boateng is a beast for CM imo, if you need a serie A link, expensive though
I have a Serie A back 5 with an Argentinian top 6. I'm a bit stuck for getting 9 chem to the LB as Taiwo is basically my only option but have Cambiasso linking between my 2 CB. 3 of my players have 7 chem (LB & 2 CM), the rest 9. I have no idea 7 chem makes my team that much worse but it's still been my favourite team to play with

Thiago Silva is 1 person, just because he appears to be everywhere in defence doesnt mean he is 2 people

Was thinking Maicon but for the price Abate does me no wrong for now, wasn't that keen on Hernanes either. You appear to have 12 players on the pitch also.

cambiasso has the tactical trait, which means he breaks up play and intercepts passes automatically.
dont know what Hernanes has, but i think Cambiasso is one of the best CDM or CM's in the game full stop.
Boateng has the engine trait, which basically means he has a shedload of stamina and never stops running, which can be a bad thing if your not using custom formations and want him to stay back, but if you want him to play Box to Box he is perfect.
Never played with Hernanes as he doesnt suit my style, but people always rave on about him, so he must be good, just not for me.
if it was me i would have Vidal and Cambiasso personally.
or IF Boateng and Cambiasso.
Hernanes i just dont get on with, his best attribute is passing, which i dont need in a CM or CDM.

it's good to let someone else take a look at your team from a fresh perspective, they often see things you can miss.
just like marcelo, such a blatantly obvious choice but sometimes you cant see what's right in front of you lol
