BrightonBelle, Kaffe, SecretSpy and Mischief. Get in here!

Need to get some 'Mac' makeup for a Christmas present and that shiz is expensive in department shops!

Anyone know of any retailers online that are reputable and cheaper?

:( even though I wasn't included...

I've used Fragrance Direct before (for perfume, not makeup) and they've always been decent.

Whooops. Sorry vic! You're the best girl we've got on here, I sometimes forget you're a girl ;).

I'll check them out, seem to be a couple of quid cheaper at a glance.

I think Asos, do a reasonable makeup range.

God knows if it's cheap - never looked... But I'm pretty sure the gf gets stuff from there

I'm after a particular brand, ASOS don't carry them.

Tried up dog?

Not going to work petal!

Cross dresser?

When I've dressed up as a woman in the past, and it's been on more than one occasion, I just use cheap makeup from Primark or the like. If you want some tips, drop me a message and I can help you out. ;)

Was wondering whether you would fall for that one xD

Hmm....I only ever buy MAC makeup duty free BECAUSE its so expensive! :p

Plus..you'll probably buy the wrong thing unless you are buying her something she's already got.

Know anyone going to US?

BB x

I know this "sounds" a bit cheapo, but ebay? you would be surpised how many ebay shops there are selling brand stuff at cheaper prices. A lot even do them in gift set format over Xmas and works out cheaper than going through the mainstream retailer online stores for the same stuff.

Yea, I was only planning on buying the foundation and would have a look at what she's already got so I get the shade right. Maybe some nail polish as well or something, but that's less important. I might just leave it and just take her to Frasers or something after Christmas and let her choose something.

I'm a bit concerned about fakes with ebay though but I shall have a look.

Yeah you have to have a good eye on ebay I guess, however you can pick out the real from the fakes with help of feedback I guess, the reputable stores are quite easy to spot and the fake sellers usually look dodgy as hell so steer clear. I recently picked up 2 huge pamper gift sets from a shop selling Sanctuary - Covent Garden and paid a fraction of the cost.

Thats all I can contribute to unfortunately :)

I don't tend to buy women's products all year round :p, only at xmas :) but asos, boots is the only other ones I have used to purchase presents.
