Seen a BMW yesterday in like a dark grey colour, it was raining and the car just looked really weird. Are they a hard finish to look after as i was thinking they must show scratches quite easily.

cheers

My old toy, barely showed scratches at all. Did look a bit odd in the rain though.

Can't say I ever noticed any scratches on mine. Still, if it did get any all I had to do was touch it up with a can kept in the glove box :D

Only real issue I had was with some slight paint reaction from fuel spillage by the filler cap. Other than that, the rest stuck like a trooper. Not bad, considering I painted in in -12...

No doubt very different from a wrap, which is what I'm going to wildly assume the BMW would have most likely been.

Unless it was a frozen grey/black m3

perhaps a frozen grey matte m3?

silly priced option for paint that you cant so much as look at for fear of damaging :)

or a wrap

there's one of those matte M3's in my area, not sure but I think it also has an aftermarket exhaust on it cos by christ on song its loud and amazing.

I wash mine with a bucket and a broom. I don't wash it much though, because it washes all the moss away :)
