Anyone studied psychology and help a little?

Got to do a presentation, relating ot personalty theories - Yippy!

One part of the criteria is to explain which theories (ie social learning ,personal construct theory) are cross cultural - what exactly does it mean by that, just unsure how to explain or even where to start with this one

I don't know for certain not having studied psychology apart from occasional interest but I'd guess that the difference culture makes is often to do with whether societies are more cohesive or more individualistic and how you would potentially learn differently because of it. Geert Hofstede's Cultural Dimensions might be helpful here?

Meta analysis, they can be repeated in different cultures and achieve similiar results.
