Just pointless with all these ads and all the other padding - least Uncharted 3 got Best Graphics; Portal 2 did good too wining Best Multiplayer...

Indeed the whole 'and heres other awards awarded...' is a bit ****; theyve only given out 2 on stage and its already been over an hour - spent too much time making special animations I guess that no one can see in RL, and everyone else watching the TV is queued up waiting to get into this years CES...

I hear tickets maybe scarce...

Haha... A few times I have thought they have give awards out, then zoned away and 10 awards have been given out... At least with the Video Game BAFTAs you know where you stand.

There was the one on the PSone back in 1998 IIRC, never played it myself but I remember it getting very good reviews.

Problem is all Spiderman games these days are either tied into a film or have a truly rubbish story behind it like the recent time travel one.
