*****Official Star Wars: The Old Republic Thread*****

Just popped down to my local Gamestation in't'Boro, they said that they have "tons" in stock, both standard and CE right now. But that they can't hand over the boxes until the 15th.
 
Pre-ordered 20mins after they came available for purchase - should be playing TOR retail tomorrow!.

I booked a couple of days off work a few months ago to get my game on - sadly, that's not till thursday! - stupid bioware ruining my plans of getting to L30+ in the first couple of days (So I don't have to deal with overpopulated zones).

Thought I was going to go for a Sith Sorceror, but I've started to consider rolling something completely different. I did Shaman in WoW and started to think it might be quite close to that. Maybe Assassin would be fun. But then again, most people would go with force sensitives I'd have thought. It could be fun to roll an Imperial Agent.

I reckon my local GAME will have a huge pile of copies tbh. That is why I am not rushing to get one. If I enjoy the headstart, then I will grab one. If not, nothing lost.

I preordered in July, so hoping for tomorrow as well.

I'm off tomorrow and don't go back to work until the 3rd Jan :D I didn't do that deliberately - it was just a happy coincidence. I always hold some holiday back for December as I tend to be busier, but ended up having 8.5 days that needed using up. Along with the three we're forced to take at Christmas, that leaves me a nice SWTOR holiday. :)

There is 2 pure OcUK only guilds TDR (The Dark Religion) empire guild rolling on a PVE server and her sister guild Black Sun Pirates empire guild rolling on a pvp server.

http://www.beyondtheclock.com/ is sort of the unoffical OcUK mmo forum they both use.

The only Republic guild I can think of is Wabs can not remember name sorry wab and that accepts everyone Ocuk members and none Ocuk members o and they are on a PVP server.


Still waiting to find out what server the guilds are going to be on so no not yet m8.

How much is it? Might pick one up after uni and cancel the hut's order, dont wont to miss any time :D
 
My amazon order is still saying:

"Not Yet Dispatched: 1 item - delivery estimate: 20 Dec 2011 "

It still has no dispatch estimate. Anyone else getting the same thing? I pre-ordered ages ago, and then had to do it again on the 22nd July after amazon cancelled my order once the release date was officially announced.
