ASROCK Z68 EX4 G3 O/C

Hay Guys, Been messing about with my overclocks again and got this board o/c`d upto 5.0ghz with all going fine apart from the usual high temps from 4.8 up-over, the boards pretty stable but i dont like keeping the temps too high for 24/7 use.

Now i have just tried the (AUTO overclocks) in the Bios and 4.4 work fine but 4.6 and 4.8 wont even boot up at all.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why this happens when i can manually o/c the board upto 5.0 without any probs. :confused:

If you've clocked it manually to 5ghz why not manually reduced the clock instead of trying to use the presets?? Probably get a better temp manually adjusting vcore etc

yep i can do that, i was just wondering why it won`t boot with the auto clocks as all the settings in auto clock look very close to what i put in for 4.7 so i thought it should boot at 4.6 at least? :confused:

will yours boot with the 4.6 / 4.8 Auto clocks?
