Right, looks like my team is done, 100 chem, so all is well.

You'd be surprised how strong Aguero is.
I'm trying to make a hybrid for the first time but I'm losing a bunch of chemistry on my FBs, any suggestions?

Sell and rebuy the players in the 442 formation.
Indeed, the problem you have Sean is that your defence is seperate from the midfield.
Naldo doesn't link with Cambiasso,
Marcello doesn't link with Lavezzi
Dede doesn't link with Aimar,
Maicon doesnt' link with Gaitain.
Further to this, you're playing players with the wrong formation, if you sorted all of that out (whcih might not be possible as 442 cards are expensive - you're better off selling and rebuying) you're not going to be able to get 100% on this.
Get rid of Naldo and get Silva (although expensive, he will link with both Marcello and Cambiasso).
Get rid of Aimar, he's killing you. The problem being is that he only links with an Argy (he plays in portugal, which has no defenders at all - Luisao is the slowest defender known to man). With Naldo playing in the German League and Maicon in the Italian league there is no way of linking both unless either one gives. Which is why you should get rid of naldo, bring in Silva to link the entire back 4 and start of the CM; then bring in someone like Marchisio for the other CM role and swap Gaitan with Krasic or IF Pepe. Then swap over Zarate and Higuain.
You'd end up with:
----------------Gomez (can be swapped for Stek)
Maicon----Chellini----Silva-----Marcelo
Pepe-----Marchisio---Cambiasso--Lavezzi
---------Zarate------Higuain----------
You're only dead link is between Marcelo and Lavezzi, you can change that by bringing it Piatti which has like 90 something pace I think? But would link to Marcelo.

I really hope they sort out the refs in 13. I've had so many terrible decisions the last few days. Winning the ball cleanly getting a foul, being literally bulldozered and it counted as being fair, players blatently offside with the flag staying down (marginal decisions, fair enough, it's realistic to let some through, but not when they're standing a metre off the last defender).
