The reason they ignore the whiners is because 99% of them are all talk & no action - they nerd rage on forums but as soon as it's fixed become fan-boys.
A tiny group actually quit/cancel the pre-orders & they clearly know this - the EvE online dev team have been involved in a number of punch-ups with the player base & still the number of subscribers has increased..
Most of the time forum rage is just that, angry players venting - which they ignore.

am i right in thinking that if we bought this from origin and paid the Pre-order Fee that we are guaranteed to get in on the 15th?
Anyone have any idea on this?

That's the problem and why i mentioned it, if people had a rough idea then they wouldn't moan. I know it's always been the case that earlier you order the more game time you get but people at the moment are left hanging.
If they just said your in this date, your in that etc. I think there would be less moaning as at least they would know.
It is why i mentioned it has probably been the worse EGA i've seen. But otherwise as mentioned already i am in game and enjoying it so i am not bothered just expressing my opinion.
what a load of crap eve lost so many subscribers that the developers had to apologise, cancel one of their projects in development and focus back on eve. sitting there and doing nothing is what doesnt solve anything.
Damn I pre ordered on the 1st of Sept!

Logged in at 4.00pm yeaterday.....logged out just after 12.00am Got to level 12 on my Jedi Guardian (Hemlock) on Niman EU PvP server also managed to do Esseles once.
Saw few of The Immortals running about in PvP
You were in the PVP with me at one point I think? I just turned lvl 10, queued up and got obliterated...A LOT! lvl 10 Consular was not the best for PVP
Whats the first major FP? I'm assuming something once you get to Corscant? Just turned to Shadow last night, getting my companion running treasure hunts & archeology digs for me while I navigated the space station!
Got on at 5pm when I got home from work (Was in Wave 2) made chars, started properly around9 after dinner and got off at about 3:40, getting up for work at 7:30 was NOT fun!!

No idea what server to go on as Republic though - Nadim? (or whatever its called). None of my RL mates are playing SWTOR so I thought I would apply to an OCUK guild.
I want an Empire alt as well though, just figuring out which server would be best for an Empire PvP'er.
The way I understand it, if you outnumber the other faction, you will be playing a lot of Huttball.
I'm republic on TOFN server. Ocuk empire guild is on the other faction on te same server.

If you want a good place to read up on specs and your class then go here, helped me a lot during beta for Assassin/Shadow.

It's not a problem, i've played Assassins in most MMO's but in SWTOR they are very different due to not being completely melee and having to use Force/Magic aswell.
I read through that and my gameplay pretty much changed and now i consider myself a good Assassin.
