Best method for Flushing Equipment

Hey Guys,

So I just received my Mayhems aurora and a bunch of other stuff which I'll be putting together this weekend. But I want to make sure to flush out my current loop to get the most out of the Aurora.

Im planning on using some de-ionised water which I picked up from my local garage. But I was wondering if anybody had an better recommendations, and maybe more importantly the method of flushing everything out.

As I'll be taking my CPU block apart (Supreme HF) as Im planning on removing the restriction plate (mayhems suggested for longer lasting Auroraness), but I wanna just make sure I get as much unwanted stuff which may have accumulated in the other parts of my loop.

Originally was going to just run some DI water (or whatever is best) through the loop a few times but Im not sure if this is the best way. So any help would be much appreciated.

flush it with regular water from the tap for about 30 mins then flush it through a few times with DI stuff
 
Well, I've just finished taking apart my loop, flushing everything clean out, reassembling and putting in the Hydra Gold....

I have to say... I'm absolutely gutted... The "Gold" is pretty much invisible, and my loop now just looks like it's running water.

I have a feeling I received an extremely diluted mixture or something, but it seriously just looks like water. While doing the leak test you can see the Pearls in the resovoir (this is without lighting), but you really have to look. It has nowhere near the same effect I've seen with other colours, and definitely nothing like what the image in the sample looks like.

Did you shake the bottle before use. you have 10 to 15mg of hydra gold in each bottle and when pouring it out if you have not shook the bottle it will look clear.

If you have done this please let me know the code on top of the bottle and i will check other bottles in that batch. How ever we do check these before making them. Making Aurora is one of the most time consuming liquids we make as every thing is checked so many times and then re-checked.

If you still have a problem send me you address and i will ship out a Top up bottle for you. This will be a small 10ml bottle containing more Hydra gold.

Thanks for replying, I can't seem to find any particular code on the bottle. Have sent you a trust message with pictures of my bottle.

After booting up this morning the result is still the same :(

Ive got the Auoroa Extinction Green, looks awesome but its very hard to see the pearls. They're definitely in there but you have to look really hard to see them.

I have a cable of green led's running throughout the case so its light enough, just doesn't show up the pearls.

What lights are you using in your case?

to see the pearl in green you need to use white light. Dont for get We did the green lighter because every one requested a lighter green were as the original version was a dark green.

If you use colour lighting it doesn't reflect light back as much as white lighting.
 
Thought that may be the case as I could see it alright when I was filling the system in a lit room with the led's off.
