I have no clue about radios or head units but I would want to use my iphone to play music in my car and ideally want to slowly start upgrading the sound setup so figured I may as well start with the headunit/radio(Correct)

My current one doesn't have any connection to plug an Iphone in so was wondering what websites or units you guys would reccomend?

If it matters I have an MGZR 120+ 2001 I think

FM transmitters are not good. You'll never have the SQ and besides, it looks spectaculary tacky.

I'm a big Alpine fanboy, though I just bought a pioneer. Are you ok with fitting it?

Ant

Thanks, would defo prefer the faceplate/headunit as I can always build a good sound system up which is something I definitely want. Also SQ is very important!

I used an iTrip for years and only really had probelms in city centres. I have an iPod connection in my car at the moment but it only works for the iPod app on my iPhone, when it's plugged in I can't use any apps without disconnecting. If you want to use a streaming app or internet radio, your best bet is an audio cable plugged into the headphone jack

Uncle got me a radio for £20 or something, Tevion 2413

Bluetooth, aux, am/fm receiver cd/mp3/rds/wma usb&sd/mmc

Going to connect to my car today!

What is the best quality? using the USB? and is it just use the lead included with my iphone and as simple as that?

If it will work that way, use the USB. My JVC has ipod control via USB and as a nice bonus it will recharge ipods/iphones while playing music.
