Anyone know where I can get my hands on these? Specifically the Dark Knight stories as I went on the DC website and there seemed to be no option to ordering them (unless I missed something obvious)

Thanks

I get mine from Forbidden Planet, not sure how many of issues 1-3 you'll still be able to get mind you as even though some have had 3 or 4 reprints they sell out fairly quickly

Best to check eBay if there's none on Forbidden Planet

Much appreciated.

Are the ones released so far single comics and teenie tiny or are they quite substantial?

Most of them won't take you longer than 10-15 minutes to read, only Superman gives you real value for money IMO (lots to get through in those)

Green Lantern is probably my favourite at the moment though :)

You think they will release "collection" ones?

For sake of comparisson the "ultimate xmen" comics came out in volumes of between 4-6 comics every so often and they were well bound etc. Would rather wait for this if this is likely to happen.

The only one that I know is on the way is a hardback New 52 graphic novel which includes every #1 issue. Like Shami said though I'm sure eventually they'll be ones including #1-5 for example. The #5 issues aren't out until January though so it may be a while off :)

I've just finished reading The Flash #3, thinking of giving up on this one, just not connecting with the character and the story arc isn't that gripping either. I've already stopped reading Action Comics as well as I just didn't understand a word of what was going on :o :p

Yeah, they'll release a trade but they generally compile them in collections between 5 and 15 issues. Sometimes shorter arcs will be put together in a single trade but often they'll do a couple of arcs back to back. That really depends on popularity though.

I wouldn't expect them for at least another 6 months, I reckon.

Think I will wait for the larger volumes then.

Help much appreciated bud, and the rest of you :)

Forbidden Planet has Batman Volume 1: The Count of Owls listed for May 2012.

Amazon will normally have it 3-4 months later
