Intel Core i3 2125 3.3GHz (Total with mobo & RAM = £140)

OR keep

Intel Quad-core Q6600 2.4GHz (could OC but I havent got a aftermarket cpu cooler yet and iv never oc'd before!)

Worth it?

Overclock the Q6600. Don't upgrade unless going for a 2500k or better.
