Sane Man is probably the best, he is on top form.
Closely followed by Revelations I would say, arguably his final masterpiece.
Some of the albums are good too, e.g. Arizona Bay.

Frankie Boyle is great.

Robin Williams is a genuis, his mind works at a million miles per hour and sometimes does stand up scriptless. Live at the met being the peak of his career. There will never be another like him
 
Hmm well two of my favourites are really more comedy actors rather than stand-up comedians per say, Rowan Atkinson and Hugh Laurie, so I'll leave them out and stick with traditional stand-ups.

Give it up, he's never done anything funny.

I struggle with the branding of comedian for him, he's just not funny.

I don't mind watching him, because what he says is true (in the main) but funny it is not.
