It all depends on whether I'm happy with the temps really, if I need/have to make any changes to the fans I'm gonna get rid of the TY-140's and get 8 GT's :P Also depends on how quietly I can get these badboys to run. I have 4 old fans I can cut up to use as shrouds as well but again really don't see the point lol
 
My Rad's coming tomorrow :D So when it arrives should I just flush it out with tap water? Do I just run the intake with water and allow it to come out the out take?

Ok cool, thought I could just get away with it as I just want to wash it out lol I have the Mayhems Green UV Dye stuff, don't know whether I'd fancy using that to clean it :eek:

So I have to use distilled/de-ionised water to flush the Rad even though I'm going to be using pre-mixed for my loop anyway?

Yeah that's what other guides recommend. I just got a litre of the Mayhems pure H20 stuff, can't remember the exact name. Using the Tap water to flush the Rad and the H20 to flush the tap water should work.
 
My TY-140's don't fit on the rad :( I need 25mm spacing not 15mm :(

Any adapters I can use to increase the spacing or will I have to switch to ugly looking GT's :( I liked the look of mine :(

But GTS are really awesome.

Tealc did an amazing guide to turning non led fans to led ones :)

I'm far too lazy to LED fans lol. Yeah the GTS are awesome. Why are the ugly ones the best performers LOL...I hope that doesn't apply to other situations...:eek:

The Apollishes are good performers but they have this temp sensor and theres no way to override it other other than modding it to remove the sensor!

Ok thanks! I just assembled the WC setup, looks the mutts nuts!:eek: Currently leak testing (no leaks so far!). Plenty of trapped air though. I've rocked the case side to side, it's helped a bit but still some bubbles in there and the pump still making noise!



EDIT: All bubbles gone!! The pump is very quiet!!

Is it safe to run the Rad on passive without fans? I've only got 2 or 3 120mm's and won't be putting any heavy loads on it. This is until I get a new set of fans!
