It was about 7:30 in the morning and I laughed out loud at that, the same as last week when he was doing the river dance whilst Depp was playing a recorder/pipe.

I don't think the show is as good as Extras/The Office but its still entertaining to watch. I don't have a problem with Warwick pulling a David Brent but I do when he literally uses the same words and pulls the same faces because its like a shoddy rehash.

I'll keep watching as I know I'm going to laugh each episode if they keep this up and I can't wait for the release of Merchants Stand up DVD :D
 
I've found the series hilarious from start to finish. Perhaps the 1st episode was a little slow, but from then onwards its had tears rolling down face. I think Warick is an excellent actor and hats off to him for taking the complete pee out of himself and his disability.
 
I'm enjoying it but I can't see it lasting long. There's only so many times you can watch Warwick beg the almighty Gervais for work and Gervais complain that he's got too much on.
 
Regardless of what you think of the show, Warwick Davis has proved he's an absolute legend at slapstick in this. :D

Although I think this series is just one long, extended episode of Extras, and is very predictable, you're right. I will also cherish last night's scene with Cheggers etc on the sofa (no spoilers) for a long time. Great scene.

Used to watch SMTV when I was ~13, 10 years later and she's actually better looking :eek:

Where has she been anyway ?

I thought last night was actually quite good. Cheggers talking about how he would kill himself nearly had me in tears !! :D

I think she's been in the USA. At least I've seen her on some shows out here. Yeah she looks hot ! :p
 
Grown to love this series, some great laughs in it, like the washing machine scene. :D And is it just me or does anyone else find Rosamund Hanson attractive in a quirky sort of way? She's also very funny, I guess it's the dippy character she plays and the gormless looks, lol. Perfectly cast for this show. I feel like when anything goes pear shaped in real life, I'm going to end up looking for the camera in despair.

She's the funniest character in the show.
 
This show is like a difficult 3rd album..

All the actors sound like Gervais

Its not very funny at all...I dont think I have laughed once really if im honest.
 
Life's Too Short will be airing on HBO in 2012. In other words opening up to the US market. They seem to really appreciate Ricky Gervais on HBO. Airing The Ricky Gervais Show, his stand up comedy and The Extra's.
